I am Mathias Schlag and I am at home in quality and environmental management. Since 01.04.2020 I have been leading the Quality and Environmental Management department at Tridelta Meidensha GmbH and since then I have initiated one or the other work instruction, optimized processes and also spent the one or the other minute solving problems. One of my main tasks is to conduct and supervise internal and external audits and to follow up on action plans and certification processes.
This task is exactly what drives me. In the area of conflict between the requirements of our customers and the management as well as the applicable standards and regulations, it is primarily a matter of implementing all requirements technically, but also in compliance with the standards. This is also reflected in Tridelta Meidensha’s existing certifications and customer base.
What particularly gets me going? The great team around me, because we definitely have team spirit and passion for what we do. We are Tridelta Meidensha – The arrester company.

I have had both feet on the ground since I was 19 years old. After my apprenticeship in a government…
agency, I was able to tick off several stations in my career in the past 14 years.
I have been working at Tridelta Meidensha for more than 8 years now. My career started there as a sales assistant. I was mainly responsible for European customers and formed a sales team with my colleague Thomas Mangols. I quickly familiarized myself with these new tasks and was able to contribute and profitably expand my skills. I always enjoyed working with this great team. If there were any problems, they were solved quickly and reliably as a team. It wasn’t long before I became the contact person for questions about our ERP system. All in all, I felt comfortable in my sales nest and settled in. Gradually, I took on more responsibility and new areas of responsibility.
This included marketing, which I really enjoyed during my training. I started with smaller brochure work in Adobe InDesign and AdobeIllustrator. In the meantime, I have been exclusively responsible for marketing at Tridelta Meidensha for a good 18 months. During this time I have also completed a course in Content Marketing Management, but there is no end to the learning. I am very much looking forward to the challenges that await me and us as a team at Tridelta Meidensha. Even though a lot has changed in our company over the past 8 years, the team cohesion and helpfulness is unwavering.
For my future at Tridelta Meidensha, I would like to take advantage of further training opportunities and expand my knowledge in the areas of branding, strategy and Adobe applications.
