LEAN-Facts #1

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 – In the year 2020 we started our engagement in LEAN management. The decisive factor for this was the book 2 Second Lean which our COO Stephan Hilmer – read and which has not let him go until today.

At first, the focus was on minor optimization opportunities in the production areas. For example, items such as cordless screwdrivers were attached directly to their place of use by means of magnets. This saved time and walking distances. In the meantime, we are working on organizing all administrative areas according to LEAN principles as well.
