𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is about the entirety of thought processes, principles and methods for making value creation in industrial and commercial companies more efficient – that’s the gray theory for now.. 😒

Sounds quite dry, after a lot of time, dull…. When we were confronted with this thought in 2020, many asked themselves: How is that supposed to work?

💡Our approach: We follow the task of 𝟮 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗻. This means that we design our processes every day to become 𝟮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁. So, in the beginning, it is not about the complete upheaval of all the time-honored ways of working. Often it is the small steps that already make a big impact. For example, we started by equipping some areas in our production with strong magnets so that tools can be easily reached. This eliminates the need for tedious searching for the work tool, since the magnet means it is always available in a fixed place – and already saves at least two seconds.

Don’t be afraid to look for such time wasters in your processes as well. Often, they can be effectively switched off even by small means.
